| How do I get registered? |
If you are currently contracted with First Chicago Insurance, you are ready to write business with the Network. No additional contracts or sign up fees are required. If you are not currently licensed with First Chicago please call (866) WRITE-ALL (974-8325) and ask about getting signed up. Broker only contracts are available with no sign up fee. If you just want to refer business for a finders fee, no contract will be required!!

| How do I submit Business through the Network? |
You have a couple of choices. The first is to click on the Quote Center circle located at the top of this site. There you can click on any line of business and submit the quote directly to us. You do not need any logins or passwords, so you can start submitting business today!!! The second option is to call (866) WRITE-ALL (974-8325), and speak to an insurance professional. The third option would be to fax in a quote request. You can fax Acord applications to (708) 496-8143.

| What are your premium volume requirements? |
There are no premium requirements.

| Who owns the book of business? |
If you can broker, and are licensed,you own your book of business at new and renewal. Hallberg Insurance Network will not solicit your clients at any time. All contact will go through your agency.

| Does my agency name appear on the declarations page? |
No, it does not. The contracts are held in the name of Hallberg Insurance Network and it’s affiliates. The name of these agencies will appear on the declaration pages. However you are free to place your agency sticker on the policies.

| How long does it take to get a quote? |
For all personal lines we strive for a 2 hour turnaround time on quotes. For commercial business, it may take a bit longer. Someone will contact you within two hours of your submission to let you know when you can expect the quotes.

| How are claims handled? |
All claims are handled directly by the carriers.
|
| Are payment options available? |
Yes, we deal mainly with direct bill carriers. Payment options will be given to you with the quote so you can offer them to your client.

| Do you BOR (broker of record) policies? |
This depends on the specific carrier and their rules on this type of business. Many of our carriers do allow BORs. For information on a specific carrier’s requirements please call (866) 974-8325 and speak with an insurance professional.

| What if I need to process an endorsement or need a certificate? |
These can be handled by calling (866) 974-8325 and speaking with an insurance professional. Or you can fax a request to (708) 496-8143. Coming soon we you will be able to submit your certificate and endorsement requests on our web-site.

| What if my client cannot be quoted in your standard markets, can you help me with this risk? |
